I offer friendly and non judgemental group low impact exercise classes in Keynsham for older adults and meditation and hen party fun classes for all ages.
Classes offered are in Hatha Yoga, Pilates, meditation, wellbeing courses, retreats and are used as rehabilitation tools for reducing aches and pains, minimising stress and increasing energy levels. Students leave feeling recharged, relaxed and restored. Classes are down to earth, safe as well as fun and effective. You will be encouraged to do as little or as much as you like.
I have had my own struggle with chronic back pain and depression, and believe that Yoga, Pilates and meditation are powerful tools in creating positive mental and physical changes. I want to share what I’ve learnt with you.
