I offer small and friendly group classes and 1:1 sessions. Classes and programmes are in Hatha Yoga, Pilates and meditation and are based in Keynsham, Bristol and Bath and online.
These sessions are used as rehabilitation tools for reducing aches and pains, minimising stress and increasing energy levels. If you are looking for a down to earth, effective, safe and fun practice this is for you. Clients leave feeling recharged, relaxed and restored.
