I offer friendly and non judgemental group classes and 1:1 sessions. Classes and programmes offered are Hatha Yoga, Pilates, meditation and local walks; these are face to face and are based in Keynsham, Bristol and Bath and online via zoom video conference. You are in the correct place if you are looking for sessions where you are encouraged to do as little or as much as you like.
These sessions are used as rehabilitation tools for reducing aches and pains, minimising stress and increasing energy levels. If you are looking for a down to earth, safe, fun and effective class this is for you. Clients leave feeling recharged, relaxed and restored.
