As a wellbeing coach, specialising in Yoga, Pilates and meditation my goal is to help my students develop a strong sense of inner peace and self-awareness, while cultivating a deep appreciation for themselves and their lives. At 40 years old, I have dedicated over a 25 years to studying and practicing various forms of exercise, meditation, and other wellbeing practices.

My approach to teaching is rooted in compassion and kindness, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their inner world without fear of judgment. Through guidance and support, I aim to help my students develop a deeper understanding of their body and mind, and provide them with the tools they need to cultivate a positive and meaningful relationship with themselves.

At the heart of my teaching is the belief that self-love and self-acceptance are essential components for achieving authentic wellbeing and happiness. Witnessing my students leaving with a smile and radiant glow is an incredibly rewarding experience that continuously fuels my passion for teaching.

My name is Sandhya Coyle (pronounced Sandeeya), and I consider it an honour to be part of the wellbeing industry and to help individuals achieve mental and physical fitness, balance, and control over their lives.

Facts About Sandhya

Yoga – I’ve been practicing yoga since 1997
WORSE 10 DAYS…EVER… I have been on a 10 day silent retreat which was in my mind (at the time) like going to prison but was also the most amazing experience!
Meditation – I have been meditating since the age of 16. 
I’ve trekked the Great Wall of China for 6 days. Amazing experience!

I’ve been in 3 car accidents!
I have 2 small children and life is busy.
