What to wear
I recommend you wear comfortable stretchy clothes for yoga, Pilates and stretch and tone, no footwear is needed. Bring a mat, blanket, small cushion (for relaxation if you like) and a drink.
For meditation classes you may wish to bring a blanket and a cushion.
Thicker mats are recommended for Pilates and you can buy these at TK Maxx or Amazon. I suggest 10-15mm. I have Yogamatters Mats for sale at £15.00

Feedback
“I have been attending Yoga classes in Keynsham for over a year and a half. They are super brilliant. Just what you need to relax, focus on yourself and your body, breathe, and be at peace.
Sandhya is a great teacher, she always seems to know what you need and the mix of postures, breathing exercises and mediation works really well.”
“I consider it a blessing that Sandhya offers her classes so close to where we live in Keynsham. I really enjoy her class and always leave with more energy as well as a greater feeling of connection with myself, sense of space in my body and feeling of oneness with the beauty of this world.
She teaches with sensitivity and is capable of holding a gentle and deeply peaceful space. We also have a lot of fun! as my partner wrote “happy yogi’s.” A skilled Yoga teacher and happy place to learn and practice yoga.”
That’s it. Get ready to enjoy the fun! See you soon!
