If you think your mind won’t stay quiet then this meditation course is for you. You will learn different styles of meditation so you can find a meditation that suits you. The course will also include relaxation exercises and stress busting techniques to help improve your focus.

Managing emotions after lockdown
As we ease back out of lockdown, there is a lot to think about. Lockdown has impacted our mental and physical health in different ways and with restrictions being eased we need to give ourselves time to adjust to the changes. You might feel anxious, feel apprehensive about getting out and about or you might feel worried about being in contact with other people again, and you are not alone in those feelings. – Not currently happening.
