Gentle Yoga stretching to ease stiff muscles
A deeply soothing guided relaxation to help calm the body and the mind, putting you into a peaceful calmness
Toning to strengthen the body. You can do as little or as much as you like, go at your own pace
Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Breath work to help restore your mind
Singing bowl experience
A chance to connect with like minded people.

Join a group of well-being practitioners in Keynsham We will be bringing our different modalities together to help people find different and effective ways to relax, deal with stress and anxiety, have more energy and feel better!
We will be offering taster sessions in EFT (Tapping), Energy Medicine, Relaxation and Sound Therapy and have created a Relaxation Hour taster in Keynsham for people to try some different relaxation techniques to help with relief from stress and anxiety in life.
