Beginners Yoga classes to help stretch out the body, improve balance and reduce stress levels are available online and on demand prerecorded courses are available: Introduction to Yoga, Yoga for Hamstrings, Yoga for Shoulders. Contact me to find out more

Pilates online

Beginners Pilates online help to correct posture and strengthening core muscles and in turn help reduce aches and paints. This online pre recorded course is specially designed for people who have never done Pilates before and will be delivered via email or what’s app.

2 courses on demand are Pilates bitesize (15 minute Pilates videos) and Pilates for Backs.

Let’s be real. Your life feels complicated. You’re bogged down and when the day is over, you just feel wiped. Except at bedtime when you’re lying awake on a rollercoaster of emotions and to-do’s.

A holistic approach to the dilemmas that make you want to pull your hair out and hop on the first plane abroad. This course is delivered online via email. If you are looking for a face to face class you might wish to look at my Wellbeing courses.

Online exercise videos

If you aren’t ready to start a class as yet and want to do some exercises at home I offer free videos on my youtube. Once you feel ready to come to a Yoga, Pilates or Wellbeing class you can do so online or come in person in Keynsham.
