A prospective, randomised, patient-blinded, controlled trial was carried out. Fifty participants with non-specific low back pain enrolled into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received the Conventional physical therapy Protocol as well as magnetic field, while the control group received the same Conventional physical therapy and sham electromagnetic field. Both groups received 12 sessions over 4 weeks’ period.

A randomised, double-blind, sham-controlled, study in 36 people with persistent low-back and/or radiating leg pain after lumbar surgery was conducted. The individuals self-treated twice daily for 60 days.

In one study, individuals had persistent or recurrent pain following back surgery.
