Have you been thinking of trying to start an exercise class for a while?  Have you attended exercise classes but they are too fast or too strong?  Do you feel older than you really are?

If you answered yes to any of the above and are ready to get moving, then try out this gentle, low impact Pilates full body workout to help improve your mobility, reduce back pain and improve your core and balance.  Pilates equipment will be used: long bands, loop bands, light weights and Pilates balls. Everyone has different abilities so you can do a much or as little as you like.
Classes are for all ages however, the age range for most sessions are between 40-70 years old.

1:1 sessions available. £30 for 30 minutes, £45 for 45 minutes. Includes recording of exercises.
