Have you been thinking of trying to start an exercise class for a while? Have you attended exercise classes but they are too fast or too strong? Do you feel older than you really are? Have you put on weight recently?
If you answered yes to any of the above and are ready to get moving, then try out this gentle, low impact Pilates full body workout to help improve your mobility, reduce back pain and improve your core and balance. Pilates equipment will be used: long bands, loop bands, light weights (or tins of beans) and Pilates balls – 18cm. Everyone has different abilities so you can do a much or as little as you like.
Classes are for all ages however, the age range for most sessions are between 40-70 years old. If you prefer you can pick a 1:1 session which is held in Keynsham.

Pre recorded sessions available to purchase for £9 with access for 1 month.

Monday 5.30pm – Fear Hall* – FULL for term July – Oct. (no class 30th Aug – bank holiday)
19th July – 9th Aug- Small Pilates balls
16th Aug – 13th Sept – long / short bands
20th Sept – 11th Oct – Weights.
Tuesday 9.45am – Online via zoom only.
20th July – 5th October 2021
Wednesday 9.45am – Fear Hall* for over 50’s.
28th July – 18th August – Long and short bands
25th Aug – 15th September – weights (tins of beans)

Step 5: Make payment is via the booking system here or via Paypal, click here, cash or bank transfer, 2 weeks before the beginning of the term. If this is your first class you can pay for 1 class £9 or £8 OAP morning sessions, then decide if you want to book for the 10 or 12 week term.
