Take some time for yourself and join Sandhya for a relaxing day of blissful yoga, stress relieving breathing practices, mindfulness and chanting to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

Who is it for – Everyone, especially individuals that think they are as stiff as a board and that Yoga is not for them. Poses will be adapted to those who have any health concerns or injuries. Those that want to have a day to rest, restore and relax

What do you need – A Yoga or Pilates mat and comfortable clothing. If you do require to borrow a mat, please let me know.

Cost: £108.00 if paid by December 2021
