Take some time for yourself and join Sandhya for a relaxing morning session of yoga, breathing practices to reduce stress, self massage and chanting to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Sandhya will guide you through your sessions so when you have finished you will feel refreshed and relaxed.

Who is it for – Everyone, especially individuals that think they are as stiff as a board and that Yoga is not for them. Poses will be adapted to those who have any health concerns or injuries.
What do you need – A Yoga or Pilates mat and comfortable clothing. If you do require to borrow a mat, please let me know.
Cost: £80 (Early Bird price £60 if you book by 5th December). £50 per person when 2 people book together.
