the session commences.
Hand sanitiser will be available, please use this when entering the hall. or if you prefer please wash your hands using hot soapy water.
Please maintain a 2m distance between other students. I will mark on the floor where you can place your mats and please place your shoes and any bags spread out near the stage at Fear Hall.
There will be the use of the toilet near the back entrance of Fear Hall.
The room will be well-ventilated, with windows and doors open as far as practicable. Please bring layers so you can keep warm. Top windows of the main hall at Fear hall will be left open and the back door.
Illness Covid Symptoms.
If you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days you must not come to class. The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
- Abnormal fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- If you feel well enough to practice, you’re welcome to join an online class instead.
- If anyone becomes unwell with suspected Covid-19 symptoms while at the Hall, there is a designated safe area which is the Cloakroom adjacent to the Gents Toilets or if well enough you can go home. I will provide tissues and a bin or plastic bag, and a bowl of warm soapy water for hand washing.
- I will check that others in your group have provided contact details and then leave the premises, observing hand sanitising and social distancing precautions, and advise everyone to wash their clothes when they arrive home. I will Inform the Hall cleaner to clean the hall accordingly.
Please book online before coming to class as numbers are limited. All payments are now made through my online booking system.
