The class offers an opportunity to move your changing body, ease common postnatal ailments and aid sleep. 6.50pm- 7.50pm Pregnancy Pilates with B Well Pilates & Wellbeing, Wellsway school, Lansdown hall, Keynsham Specialist Pregnancy Pilates sessions with Beth. Weekly sessions where you can work on your pelvic floor, core strength, whole body strength and conditioning for functional movement.
