Thank you for signing up or Yoga, Pilates or Wellbeing class in Keynsham or online or on zoom.
Before you start, please ensure you complete the medical form below.

What to wear
I recommend you wear comfortable clothes, no footwear is needed.  Please bring a mat, blanket & a small cushion for relaxation, small cushion (for relaxation if you like) and a drink. If you don’t have a mat, please let me know i’ll bring one for your first class if you’re coming to the hall.

For Sound meditation: I recommend you bring a pillow, mat and blanket if you don’t have a mat please bring 2 blankets one for lying on and one for on top of you should you need it.

Equipment

Equipment will be used for Mon and wed Pilates and can be purchased here or with Sandhya. If you wish to borrow equipment for your first few classes please message me.

Continuing classes

After the session, let’s talk so we can explore whether the class meets your needs. If we agree the class is suitable, you can come by drop in subject to space or Alternatively you can move to Direct debit monthly for which allows you to attend 4 times. Once you have paid I will manually book you on so you do not need to do this on my website each week.

  • If you miss a week you can watch the replay or swap to a different class (within 6 days) if you are paying drop in / pay as you go or 1 month if you are paying by direct debit,
  • Please message me to give 24 hours notice if you cannot make the class
  • Price includes supportive whats app group, pre recorded short videos to practice at home
