Hello + Welcome to Stressed to Zen!

Starting Monday 2nd July

I’m super excited you’re taking the first step towards optimal health by reducing your stress. I have a fantastic program lined up for you, that’s easy-peasy to follow and if you do everything, will open up your mind to new ways of stress-less thinking.

Here’s how to get started

  1. Once the program starts, you’ll get a weekly email from me with the lesson of the week. Each lesson consists of a different topic related to stress, and a few action steps for you to try. I suggest you give yourself 30 minutes to read the lessons and complete these exercises.  Remember, you’ll get out of the program what you put in — and I want you to get A LOT out of it! 
  2. Click here to join our private Facebook Group for Stressed to Zen. This is a great place to post your questions, your successes, your challenges, or ask for support. I monitor it and your fellow Stressed to Zen’ers will be in there too. The more you participate, the more you will get out of the program. So I hope to see you there
