What to wear
I recommend you wear comfortable clothes, no footwear is needed. Bring a blanket, small cushion (for relaxation if you like) and a drink.
Mats are provided at Sandhya’s studio. If you need to borrow a mat at a different venue let Sandhya know.
Thicker mats are recommended for Pilates and you can buy these at TK Maxx or Amazon. I suggest 10-15mm.
Terms and conditions
If you miss a class you can make up with another class within 7 days of your missed class as long as you have given Sandhya 24 hours notice that you cannot attend.
No sessions can be carried over to the next term. (Sorry!)
Payment is required 2 weeks before the next term.
