Are you looking to enjoy the beauty of nature and make some new friends?

Take a moment to pause……  Slow down…. And breathe. You will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into walking and everyday activities.

This is a practical course helping to fuel your mind with positivity and connect you with likeminded people.  The outdoor Mindfulness course will include mindfulness in nature. If it is raining we will go to a local café for mindful cup of tea
