Stretch, relax and create a sense of balance with this gentle Hatha Yoga class. We won’t ask you to look like a pretzel. Suitable for complete nervous beginners, up to improvers (different levels will be offered) and those that feel as stiff as a board. If you haven’t done much exercise and want to get moving again, this is the class for you.
You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body and different levels will be offered so you can take the easy or harder one 🙂 Every class includes a 15 minute relaxation to give your body and soul the rest is deserves.
