Stretch, relax and create a sense of balance with this gentle Hatha Yoga class. We won’t ask you to look like a pretzel. Suitable for complete nervous beginners, up to improvers (different levels will be offered) and those that feel as stiff as a board. If you haven’t done much exercise and want to get moving again, this is the class for you. Students are usually around 50-60 years old – any age welcome. 

You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body and different levels will be offered so you can take the easy or harder one 🙂  Every class includes a 10-15 minute relaxation to give your body and soul the rest is deserves.

Stretch and Tone – low impact workout that focuses on flexibility, stability, balance, and strength (combining both yoga and Pilates).

Thursdays 5.30 – 6.25pm. – Fear Hall and on zoom
Yoga for stress relief –
6th Jan – 24th March 2022

Once you’ve attend your first session you can then decide if you want to book for the 12 week term. If you miss a session you can watch the replay of the class or you can attend on zoom.
