Tuesdays 10.30-11.15am – Fear Hall, Keynsham Stretch and tone –
A low-impact gentle exercise class with Sandhya, focusing on flexibility, stability, balance, and strength. Take the first step toward a healthier and more relaxed lifestyle. This class is the easiest class I offer and is perfect for beginners or those recovering after an illness or injury. This class offers you an introduction to Pilates and Yoga exercises. Average student age 50-70
Tuesdays 11.30-12.15am – Fear Hall, Keynsham – over 50’s
Complete beginners Yoga.
A class designed to help increase flexibility and reduce stiffness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, this gentle class is perfect for you. Current students age range is around 40-70
Thursdays 4.30pm – Fear Hall, 30 High Street, Keynsham
Complete beginners Yoga – Suitable for complete beginners or those that feel as stiff as a board. Learn how to shed the stiffness and embrace a revitalised and agile you.
Thursdays 5.30 – 6.25pm – Fear Hall, Keynsham and on zoom
Yoga for stress relief with Sandhya
Suitable for beginners to Improvers, different levels with be offered for each exercise.
