You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body. I offer different levels of difficulty, allowing you to choose what suits you best. All classes include a guided relaxation or meditation to provide your body and soul with the rest it deserves.

Beginners and Improvers Hatha Yoga classes in Keynsham

Tuesdays 9.30-10.15am – Fear Hall, Keynsham Stretch and tone

A low-impact gentle exercise class combining Pilates & Yoga focusing on flexibility, stability, balance, and strength. This class is the easiest class I offer and is perfect for beginners or those recovering after an illness or injury. Average student age 40-70

Tuesdays 10.30-11.15am Fear Hall, Keynsham – over 50’s

Complete beginners Yoga.
A class designed to help increase flexibility and reduce stiffness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, this gentle class is perfect for you. Current students age range is around 40-70

Thursdays 4.30pm – Fear Hall, 30 High Street, Keynsham

Complete beginners Yoga – Suitable for complete beginners or those that feel as stiff as a board. Learn how to shed the stiffness and embrace a revitalised and agile you.

Thursdays 5.30 – 6.25pm – Fear Hall, Keynsham and on zoom

Improvers Yoga for stress relief with Sandhya
Suitable for fit beginners to Improvers, different levels with be offered for each exercise.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not please contact me. The Yoga class is in barefoot so no special footwear is required. I recommend you bring a blanket and cushion for relaxation.
